Chongqing Jiantai Electronics Co., Ltd. of Jianshe Group is a high & new technology enterprise, mainly engaged in electronic products design, development, production, sales and service for motorcycles and electric bikes. Our company is located at downtown, Chongqing. We are adjacent to railway station, long distance bus station and cargo port, enjoying convenient transportation. It is also the biggest motorcycle parts manufacturing, processing and wholesale center in China. Since our foundation in 2001, we have been sticking to the business policy of "Orientated by market, focus on value, supported by quality and base on management". Our operation scale is expanding gradually. With strict quality control system and advanced process equipment, we have taken full advantages of vehicle electrics for motorcycles and electric bikes domestic and abroad, and we have successfully developed electrics assemblies for domestic and overseas famous manufacturers. Our products are sold to world market such as France, Southeast Asia and the Mid-East. Our company has set up offices in Zhejiang, Guangdong, Yunnan and Sichuan, and our products and services are highly appreciated and praised. We have strong economic and technical strength, with fixed assets of RMB5 million, facility covering 7000 square meters and 180 employees (20% are R&D people). Our production facility is equipped with state-of-art Yamaha YV100 YV100xgp surface pasting auto process line, SC-3 series auto wave-soldering process line, solder-reflow, NC winding machine, multi-function PC inspection equipment, products in-process inspection, all bench, type, endurance, matching test equipment and optimum management system. Our R&D center is equipped with multiple designing, processing and analysis software such as UG and Pro/E, so as to compose the advanced CAD/CAXA/Protel99SE/C language design platform. We were ISO9001:2000 certified in 2004 and our wireless controller for electric bike obtained CE certification. We were awarded the tile of "5-Stars Enterprise" of 2004' Motorcycle Industry, "User Satisfied Enterprises" and "National Industrial Quality & Credit Model Enterprise". Today, our company has the producing capacity of 4 million sets of motorcycle electrics and 1 million sets of electric bike electrics. Our company has strong outsourcing capability and novel products development capability. Our dominant products, apart from five electric parts on motorcycle, wireless controller on electric bikes, include luxury electric products such as high displacement digital CDI, high power voltage regulators, full-automatic light boosting and voltage regulators, carburetor protectors, voice theft security units, theft security igniters, fuel saving controllers, brake alarms, auto-recovery over-current protectors, throttle electric controllers, DC48V-12V converters, fashionable motorcycle audio systems and the lights postponed flash controller.
